THE WORST SERVICE EVER! The female manager at this store is so irrational, rude, and downright mean-spirited. I've shopped Sundance for over 5 years & they have lost my business FOR GOOD. The manager was (& always is) so incredibly rude, refused to allow anyone to assist me, to carry an item that weighed over 70 pounds. She said 'our insurance doesn't allow us to assist customers'. I asked how I was supposed to get it to my car & she said 'that is your problem not ours'. I pleaded wither to please let one of the male employees help me, there was no way I could get it in my car & she said, 'I already told you, it's not our problem!' (AFTER I PURCHASED IT) A male customer overheard her & offer to help, luckily. He and his wife said they will never shop there again either. You guys really need to get a huge attitude adjustment at that store, it's out of control, mean, unprofessional, and just a horrible experience, every time!!
