I lived in the the Landing of Brentwood and they have lots of spiders coming in because the building needs torn down . Let me explain I have asked Governor Haslam to lend the owner a grant at 0 percent interst to tear down the untis four at a time and then rebuild three high and with better foundations and drainage . The buildings are tilting and sliding down the hills but they are so out of plum in one year I lived there the doors wont shut. I have a backround and degrees in this field. These building will go up in flames because of wire torque and stretch of the copper and cause a short. You cant raise the windows anymore the are stuck in the frames. Please before innocent people get killed tear them down.
