I recently purchased a wig from this company on ebay! Buyers be aware... I was sent a defective wig. I wore it for an hour before the material used to adjust the wig frayed on my head. I put in a claim once the seller did not want to even offer an exchange for something I clearly had no fault of. I have been a wig wearer for many years now, I have never experience anything like this. The seller has had about 20 negative feedback within the last 6 months and clearly has pulled the same stunt on other consumers! Disgustingly ebay took the sellers side, I proceeded to open a case with paypal, which they refunded only half of the cost of the wig. The wig cost $100 dollars, I have seen the same wig for about $60! They are overpriced and unprofessional with the handling of their customer service! This company claims to have new owners yet I purchase this wig 1 month ago, it's a gamble buying through this people.. Save your money or make your purchase through a different company.. I would hate to see anyone else be taken advantage of your hard earned money and getting ripped off by these selfish people.
