I am outraged at this health clinic! Went during walk in hours 8-10, we were the second patient to sign in, we didn't get seen until 10:00, the assistant never made eye contact, had my daughter use a plastic spoon that to cover her eye to do the eye chart that was just sitting open on a counter in the hall way. Garbage can in the room was open! I was standing in the open doorway to the room waiting, watched the P.A. ""VU"" go in and out of rooms not washing her hands at all, I know this because there was only 1 sink outside the rooms and I heard the other sick patients coughing and sneezing so I wanted to see if she was washing before entering each room, NOT ONCE did she wash her hands!!!! She didn't even look at us 1 time while in the room. When she declined my perfectly healthy teen daughter for a sports physical who has been playing sports for ever and is perfectly healthy, she said follow me, we followed her up to a counter where she asked the receptionist to make a copy of her shot record then walked away without saying anything to us, just left us standing, we had No idea she was done with the physical and she didn't even explain anything or that she declined my daughter, I found out when looking through the papers at home. I have not read any of the other reviews, I will when I finish mine, I am interested to see if anyone else shares my outrage of this place especially ""VU"", not that it matters I still will never go back there even if I'm the only one that is complaining. Waiting room has some t.v. monitor that is louder then hell, we asked if we could turn it down because of how loud it was and was playing the same thing over and over, we were told No because it automated, well then unplug the dumb thing No one wanted to hear it!!!!! We arrived at the clinic at 8:25 to a homeless man sleeping at the door with flies all over him, we thought he was dead and had to wait for him to wake up in order to get in! Totally gross!!!
