Warning: There are number issues with Bill's, including the foul mouthed Bill himself, as well as what appears to be attempted fraud. I would STRONGLY suggest that anyone who has issues with Bill's to file a complaint with the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair (search for "california automotive repair complaint Bureau" and it should be one of the top links. I was referred to Bill's by a long time customer of Bill's, as well as a personal friend of Bill's. I sent email to this person as the Saga continued to unfold, which documents my side of the story. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. The short form is that I had a problem with the exhaust on my vehicle, due to the vehicle being from back east.
