I reserved a room at the comfort inn.....but felt as if I were lodging at the Waldorf astoria. Checking in, Cynthia made me feel right at home with her warm personality and professional first encounter. Receievd a bottle of water and upgraded me to a business suite equipped with a workstation. I had a question and they supplied me with the right answer. I had a request and they fulfilled immediately. Needed to attend a meeting in Downtown Detroit and they arranged a vehicle to take me to my meeting and back. The icing on the cake is that they are undergoing renovation and their rooms were very clean and satisfying.\r

Comfort Inn Metro Airport....you have won me as a loyal/repeat guest and I will spread the word to my entire company that house over 3 thousand staff members. Doval and his entire team....thank you for the unbeatable hospitality. See you next month.
