The only reason I can even give this company one star is because the salesperson was helpful. We had the system installed (late) and about $1,000 worth of equipment was missing (not including that they installed the incorrect sliding board). We had no notification of any backorder situation. I called the next day to schedule a date for the completion (earliest apt was 15 days later). My husband called in the morning to get a time for the install and was given a time. No one showed up and we have not received a response to our phone message. I expect much better customer service after spending over $4,500 on a play system. more
