We have bought numerous street bikes from EBMS not to mention the two we bought from them the last few months... A Ninja 300 and today a Honda CBR 600 RR. The guys here...(Guy ,Rich, Marty, Matt,) etc are true professionals. They will give you a fair deal and make sure that safety is first. Any after market work you want to have done, will be done correctly and they stand by their work. Although to EBMS it is a non issue, I think it's important to point out that we are women riders and they will treat you with the same respect as men. Women can feel completely comfortable walking in here and doing business with them. Again, to them it is a non issue and we would not do business with any organization that treated us poorly. When you walk in the door, you feel like you're hanging out with buddies. Everyone from the sales people, to the parts department, reception desk, management....no matter how much traffic there is, they will always make time for you. Just be prepared to make a couple new friends when you walk in. You will never feel pressured and once you buy something they make sure it exceeds your expectations. Most importantly, they will never sell you something that they feel is unsafe for you to be riding. They really do care, give them a try
