Best of what? Fake snobbery and condescension? The owner was a total joke, and his lackey female worker knew almost less than my kindergartener about leather! I did get quite a kick out of their practiced, fake snobbery and attitudes though - it was like watching trailer trash try to go down the red carpet in cutoff shorts! Made my day after I got over the initial ""WTF?"" of them thelling me they only deal with 'high-end shoes' when I brought in 7 pairs of Monolo, Coach, Ferragamo & Joan and Davids! I realized quickly that they just say things to try to make you feel inadequate and them feel like they are better than you! If you need a good laugh one day, stop by with your nice shoes!! Then promptly leave the store WITH your shoes and take them to a REAL repair shop!!!
