this company is horrible ! from Lydia Garza, to her manager on down, She goes beyond harassing you and then when you call back, she puts on her dumb hat , like she don't know why when or why youre calling .Your are supposed to have a grace period, NOT, shes calling on the 2nd of every month, then they charge you late fees, what is the grace period for? They are very unprofessional. Everything is in house , from the CFO on down, so don't waste your time filing a complaint, if you do file a complaint, its all in house, the address on Edloe in Houston is where the complaint is handled- which its never handled, I can give you a referral to purchase a car. My brother purchase a car at TALISMAN MOTORS with a credit score of 457. they work with him , even when he was late, arrangements were made, Gulf State is a company that will always be in business , as long as there are people with little or no credit.
