Just wanted to say thank you to the technician and Arctic for coming out so quickly last night. Our house was so hot and the kids were miserable! The technician gave us our options and was unbelievably professional and knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood the issue with our unit before he moved forward with fixing it for us. We will be calling Arctic for all of our HVAC needs :) Thank you!
