My dog had to have an emergency c-section, and they would not hold the dog or help the dog until my husband paid for the procedure up front. He is currently going to the bank, with the dog in pain and howling, to get the money so that they will, hopefully, save the dog! IF you have any problems with your animals, be sure that you have money in hand, or they won't help until you do! I will not be taking ANY of my dogs back to these people, that is IF the dog survives!!!
