Probably the most rude customer service I have encountered in a long time. I was trying to run down some prescription costs for my housebound mother on a fixed income. Not only did the woman refuse to answer any of my questions she even went as far as to accuse me of trying to commit insurance fraud. I did voice my complaint to the physician who wrote the scrip. Nasty & rude. Stay away
