I have been going to this practice for at least 5 or 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I love the receptionists - very friendly and they always remember who I am even though I am only there 2 or 3 times a year. I had insurance issues and they helped me over and beyond what other practices would do for me. I also live on James Island so they are very convenient. Nice office and even better staff. I see Dr. Rosen and I know she takes her time with me. My previous dermatologist did not. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Rosen doesn't ""push"" me to buy tons of cosmetic products like my previous derm. She is more of a ""cancer prevention"" doctor which is what I need living near the coast. I completely trust her. She has a nurse, Angela, that has been with her forever! Everyone at that practice is wonderful. I always leave with a smile.
