Dishonest company.\r

This company was referred to us by Miele interational to repair our appliances. When I spoke to the company they said that our appliance repair would be COD due to warranty lapse. I told the company that I would have to verify with Miele and that I would call them back when I had clarification. This was on a Tuesday.\r

The following Thursday, Matt from A-1, appeard at my back door saying he had spoken to my wife who told him it was okay to come by. This was a lie. He had spoken to my wife who told him to call me.\r

If this company cannot be trusted to tell the tuth about a phone call can a customer trust them to tell the truth concerning whether a repair is necessary or the cost of any repair is true.
