I absolutely hate living here. The staff is a pain to deal with, i would contact them about something that needs to be taken care of and usually i have to contact them 3-4 times before anything happens. I had my screen door that needed to be fixed and they came in and took it and it's been a few months already and i've yet to see them put it back in. The crime rate in this complex is ridiculous. I've had my license plate tags stolen twice, my mail tampered with, my car broken into and my stereo stolen all within a year. People's cars were stolen in the parking lot (which is the worst apartment parking lot i've ever seen). I've had packages delivered that were opened (Luckily it was not worth stealing otherwise it would be gone), pets are allowed but they don't enforce any rules for people picking up their dog crap. I step on dog crap all the time because it's on the sidewalks riddled all over the grass and nothing gets done. A ton of stray cats live in the complex so make sure you roll your windows up or you will find plenty of evidence cats have been in there, and some of my neighbors do drugs and deal drugs. I smell pot at least once a week walking to my apartment.\r \r Security is a joke, the crime rate is so high yet you would think they would have cameras installed. Due to all the crime I've had to deal with i wanted out of my lease so i can move and it took 3 weeks of constant calling to finally get an answer for that and they won't allow me to move. I am stuck here or pay a ridiculous fee to move. I've lived here for 1 1/2 years so far, never been late on rent and been a good tenant, but would not allow me to move somewhere safer for my family to be because of the crime i have to deal with. I've never had to file a police report before because of where i lived and since i lived here I've filed multiple police reports from all the sleezy scum bags that live there and visit there. All too often i come home from work and someone is parked in our covered parking stall because the parking is so bad people are too lazy to walk up the hill to visit other tenants.\r \r The parking is a joke unless you live on the south end of the complex. It's almost like the apartment building i am in was an afterthought with no room for parking. So i have to park so far away from my apartment building it takes me at least 2 minute walk to get to my car. The days i have multiple loads of groceries to carry in it's a pain because of the distance i have to travel up or down hill to get to my car. If you plan on leaving on a weekend and come back late the parking lot is usually packed and no where to park, i've had to wait 40 minutes some days sitting in my car wiating for a parking spot to open up. \r \r The cost of living in this place i would expect a lot better stay. Paying over $820 a month (minus power bill) for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that's a hike from the parking lot, dealing with a ton of crime and a staff that procrastinates to get stuff done is plain and simply a joke. I would not recommend anyone to live here, i personally cannot wait till my lease is up so i can move. more
