I am a customer who is never going back. My hairdresser was great and did a good job. But I called to bring in a family member and she did not have time which is fine. It is a big salon so I ask if someone else can do my family member and she said no everyone is busy. I am sorry I gave her a $25 dollar tip when I was in there - you dont turn customers away. You make it work. I work in a business when your customers give you business you make it work and dont turn people away. And walk ins are welcomed so how do you turn people away?
