I have been working with Joshua Furr this year and have sent him several high end homes to find tenants ( I have also worked with him in the past). Not only did he find tenants he got them all rented within 2 weeks. His service is above and beyond for all my rental needs. I call him, text him or email and I have a response within 2 hrs. He once responded at 10.00pm. which really impressed me! I look forward to working with Joshua in 2014 and sending him as much business as I can! \r
