I kept in contact with the owner for about a period of 2 weeks. Each time I scheduled an appointment plans for work came up and I was unable to make the times I set aside. Every time I called Chuck to let him know what was going on he understood. Finally I was able to make an appointment and I'm satisfied and very happy with the service that was given.
