One of the worst experiences looking for bridesmaid dresses. The staff was disorganized, inattentive, and extremely rude. The bride had made a 10 o'clock appointment and the woman working couldn't find the reservation. 10 minutes later without an apology, we were guided to a room to try on a few dresses. Mid-fitting another associate walks into the room and has us move into a back corner while she fit a woman in front of the mirror. This would have been fine, except for the way it was handled. We were treated like we were in the way and as if we had no right to be there, and snide comments about us were being not so subtly said about our group. We were kept waiting for 20-30 minutes while the associate chit-chatted with the other workers at the front desk. I thought the bride was supposed to be pampered and catered to, even if she can get a bit demanding. Maybe it is because they didn't take us seriously as we were a younger bridal party. Planning your wedding can be a stressful event and they are paid to assist the bridal party. I recommend not visiting 125 Bridal if you want a positive wedding dress or bridesmaid dress shopping experience. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to visit this establishment.
