I just had my LED repaired by Sam. He called me to let me know how long it would take to get to my house and he arrived during that time. He was very polite and knowledgable about my TV. He fixed the problem in no time and I am up and running. Thanks Sam. Also, thanks to Cameron who suggested I work with the manufacturer to get them to pay as a warranty item (I was about 6 months past my warranty and thought they would not honor it..luckily I was wrong). This told me that Gabe's was in my corner, when they easily could have just come out to fix the TV without suggesting I go back to the manufacturer. Gabe's was also able to come out within two days after the manufacturer agreed to pay for the repair. I'm very happy with the results and would suggest calling them with any HDTV issues.
