Thank you Mr. Boyd- this is probably a first that we have spent time with a salesman and not felt pitched. Lee spent nearly 2 hrs with us going over his product and their warranties. He was sensitive to our budget as first home buyers. His pricing was up front and didn't change when he walked out the door. He also left the windows info brochure and a written estimate. This service is nearly non existent!\r
Not only is he the sales rep- but amazingly the owner too. When have you come face to face with an owner of a business? When we get our ducks in a row- we will be calling Mr. Boyd.
