NIGHTMARE GROOMER!!! I took my dog, Pilgrim, to Bonnie's Grooming Gallery at 10:30am. Bonnie didn't call me until 3:45pm to come and pick him up. After keeping Pilgrim in a cage with his own feces for GOD KNOWS how long, she had the nerve to charge me $10.00 extra for a ""holding fee"" AND she was RUDE about it. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the hair on his paws were uneven, apparently to hide the fact that not 1, but 2 of his nails were cut too short and had bled. Not to mention, Pilgrim was mortified after this horrific experience, as was myself. What a nasty biotch.
