has it occurred to you that you might have been a catastrophic jerk? they're SO nice! the owner's even kicked down incense samples to me before! maybe if you didn't storm in like you expected the world handed to you on a silver tray and actually speak to them like they're people not servants you might get better results. i LOVE this place sweet people friendly animals (i love a work enviornment where you can bring your pets) i've never gone in there where everyone wasn't nice and i'm crippled and on crutches for life. they leap to open doors (even when i say 'i've got it. no really) let me buy a roll of quarters from them 1ce (laundry day and a limited ride access) my 1 and only 1 complaint is that as a specialty store they don't have as much bulk tobacco as i'd like, but the other things MORE than make up fr it. see you guys in an hour or 2!
