Ruben has always accommodated our schedule for follow-up visits to weigh-in, ask questions and purchase the Ideal Protein foods. Ruben really makes the experience a pleasure. Dr. Sid and the program are straightforward, clear and easy to work with, a huge plus for those who want to get healthy and lose weight and have abusy schedule. We found this much easier for jump starting weight loss than other very reputable programs such as Weight Watchers.
