Do NOT move in here! The office staff is only nice and polite until you sign the lease. They are rude and don't care about any problems you might have, except maintenance (they are actually good about that and have nice maintenance staff). There are loud parties, drunken fights or just loud talking at all hours of the night. The ""water/trash"" bill is over $90 a month!!
The main reason not to live there... once you give your 30 day notice they treat you like you don't exist. They are uncooperative/unhelpful. We just received a call from a collection agency stating that we owe Camden over $1200. We never received any notice from Camden even though they say they sent one. When I asked for a rundown of the costs it seems that they redid the whole apartment and charged us for it (carpet, counters, mirrors, ect). I have NEVER, in my 15 years of renting apartments, had this happen to me! They are janky! Don't rent from them unless you want to pay a fortune!
