I called the office on August 7th around 6:00p.m. and Jackie answered the phone. I explained to Jackie that my air conditioner wasn?t working and she promised that she would send someone over before she left for the day. Jackie really worked hard to make certain that I didn?t have an uncomfortable weekend with my niece and my husband in the apartment. Within less than an hour the maintenance person was at my door.
So, I thank Jackie for her commitment to your residents.I would also like to commend Eva. She?s been phenomenal throughout my entire stay on Austin Ranch. Eva really cares about the residents and she and her staff are very proficient and great at providing excellent service.
