Had them come in twice because they have separate plumbers and heating repairman. The plumbing service was 30 minutes including ""consultation"", with the actual work being fixing a faucet, but I was charged >$100. For the heating service I didn't get an initial quote, and was also charged the time of fetching parts. So I got another generous bill.
