As a longtime customer to all the Marta restaurants we have never experienced the treatment we endured on this evening. Grille GM Melissa amaral, was greating patrons and setting seating expectations. She told us 10-15 minutes...an hour later and sitting numerous parties before us she told me curtly she just didn't how much longer it would be. I never thought my dinner at Olive garden would ever rise above a Steve Marta restaurant, but it did tonight. We will never return to any of his restaurants. After being loyal weekly customers for half a decade our experience with Grille GM Melissa Amaral has left us running. Not worth being lied to just to eat some bad pasta...the customer is always wrong by how we were treated tonight...Don't waste your time or money at the grille on main. We had been weekly customers at Marta restaurants, I would hate to think how they treat newcomers. more
