Our TV went on the blink and was still under warranty. This business is the only option as a repairer. It took two weeks for them to fit us into their schedule because we are on the northside of town. It is a warranty job! They would get paid but no .. we had to wait until it suited them! The woman on the phone was rude and turns out so were the two men that came to the house. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from either them as to what was wrong and what would happen now. So we waited two weeks for an appointment, they were here for 15 mins and now we have at least another week wait. They made us feel as if we were a bother. So they were rude, slow and arrogant. How they are still in business puzzles me because I would never recommend them to anyone.
