First of all it's cute, tucked away in downtown Culver City. Everyone's friendly and they have great product! Vanessa did my hair and she was so sweet and HONEST it's hard to find sometimes. She didn't TRY to sell me product or talk me into or out of anything. I had black hair and then tried stripping it on my own, this was 5 months ago then I went to someone else and they highlighted it and fixed it good, but they are in central cali so when I recently moved down here I googles placed by my work and decided to give this place a shot. She really did a great job, did what I asked for and was definitely affordable. She also is very good and cutting and teaching how to dry hair the proper way. Her ideas were well thought out and made very realistic. She seemed like she was very educated. If you want a good cut and color and geez even a make-up lesson go to Vanessa! :)
