I called Door and Window Plus to get a estimate on my windows. I asked for someone to come out to my house and was told to fax in my measurements. I had them so I did. A few days later I called back and asked if my estimate was ready. Salesman said no and told me it would be ready later in the day. I called back and he told me the estimate. He also said it would be $75 to come out and confirm the measurements. I asked why they charged $75 when other window companies don't charge to come out to the house. He said that's the way they do it. He also told me the estimate might change after seeing the job. Since the price wasn't great I decided to pass. Actually the 2nd highest quote I got. I was pretty disappointed after reading so many good reviews so I gave them 2 STARS.
