HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Emperor is the absolute best place to eat Chinese in this city. They have great food and great service and a very very nice atmosphere. They always greet you with a smile and you can tell they are people who want their customers satisfied! Very decent prices. This is my favorite spot =)
