Service was excellent! I don't often rate items as 5 stars, thinking there is always room for improvement, but in this case Herman Movers gets them all. I have used Herman Movers for 4 moves over the years and don’t see any reason to stray. The team was professional and prompt. They did not complain about the large heavy items and even worked out a solution to taking my extra tall bookshelves up to my second floor living area.
