Dealer with an attitude? 4/19/2012

Went to this dealership in hopes of getting help with the information contained on a Ford vehicle black box. \r \r I had stated to the owner/general manager that the bigger cities had the technology.\r \r And she said to me. ""I am going to be just as rude to you as you were to me. We are not backwoods. You didn't buy your truck here and I don't have to help you with anything.""\r \r Since I never said any words such as or near ""backwoods"" apparently she has a backwoods complex. Since Sherwood Groves is a Ford dealer and Ford wants you to come to them for help, I thought I was going to the right place. But with this attitude even though we buy a new truck approximately every two years and pay cash. I don't think we will be using this dealership for anything including any warrenty problems or even to change a tire. \r \r The Williams Ford dealership in Sayre is much better. They don't have any attitudes and are willing to help you in all matters including this mysterious black box that Groves told me that I was chasing phantoms. Which by the way I was not. As Ford themselves are giving the information needed Thanks to Williams and a few other dealerships in the Scranton and Wilkes Barre area that have helped in my quest ""of chasing phantoms"" \r \r So avoid this dealership if you want to be treated like a human being and not a dog. We went to them once before for a trade in appraisel and all dealerships in the area including Lamber'ts were willing to give more than a thousand over their appraisel for our trade in. We bought from Lambert's Ford. more
