Greeted with a friendly smile from Polina, felt welcome asking what I can help you with she was friendly and none abrasive or pushy I asked to test drive a TSX showed her the car and efficiently got the keys and out we went. Felt as if I had a friend sitting next to me looking out for my best interest. At no time did I feel being pushed into any purchase.
