Took my truck to get an oil change, service was standard.. 21 point inspection included. I was told my fluids were all good including first on the list was the transmission fluid. My transmission blew 4 weeks after I got the oil change.. NO fluid present and dip stick burnt! No transmission leaks at all.. so if they checked it how was there no fluid in this short period of time and only driven less then 200 miles since the oil change. When I called to speak to the manager I was told he is too busy to take my call, when I asked that he call me back I was told he is too busy to return phone calls but I am free to call him another time. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS FACILITY.. save yourself the time and over priced oil change and go somewhere else!
