I stumbled upon this tea house about 6 years ago and have been coming back to have tea with girlfriends time and time again. It's located on the oldest registered street in California...Los Rios St. I've always sat outside on the veranda/porch. Our servers have been attentive and knowledgeable about the teas and menu. Last year, a group of us ladies went there for an early Mother's Day celebration and had a great time. The pomegranate mimosas are delectable! All the desserts have been delicious and everyone enjoyed their menu choices. We were fortunate that the Orange County Flute Ensemble was there that morning. It really made the ambiance even nicer. When you sit on the porch, you can hear the nearby Mission bells ring when it strikes on the hour. Can't wait to celebrate Mother's Day here again soon!
