This has to be one of the worst companies i've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I sent my riding mower to be serviced under warranty to Georgetown Outdoor on Feb 23. I have called several times to find out what the status of my mower was. They never bother to pick up a phone and update me. They claimed a part was backordered. I contacted the warranty company, who in turn put me in contact with the manufacturer.....the part was never backordered. They have now have had my mower for almost 2 months. Don't waste your time or money with them.
