Pat was a very nice lady, very personable. She did a nice job with my alterations. I went to her because it was across the street from Cincinnati Bridal & Formal, and they recommended her. Also, since I got my dress at Bridal & Formal, I got a coupon. Her prices were about the same as anyone else. She has lots of experience, and knew what to do. She was very open to hearing what I needed/wanted with my dress. PLUS she had a unique way of doing the bustle that I really loved!
