The plumber was very nice and informational. He explained the what ifs as he did his job. For instance, if there were a broken line or roots in the line and the cost if replacement is needed. I' m in an older part of the Houston area in an older home with very old lines. He informed me of the 90 day policy and to call him if any problems arise.
