So my wife just returned home in tears from a visit with Dr Robinson. Turns out she went to him with a bad tooth ache. They took her in, took an x-ray of the tooth, nurse leaves to talk to the dentist. Then she was told that before she could receive treatment she had to have a full mouth x-ray. (Why? Not because she needed it. But because insurance will pay for one every five years!!) So my wife asks why the full mouth when only upper left tooth hurts? Dr Robinson replies brashly " I'm not going to argue with you", turns and walks away ignoring her pleads! So my wife, still with bad tooth ache, and still confused about what just transpired goes to the appointment desk to set up a later date for the full mouth x-ray and is informed by appointment person that she needs to find a new dentist!!!! My wife has been a patient for ten years at Robinson and Prijic Dental with extensive dental work done and this is how a self serving, self righteous dentist treats her! Sends her packin with no treatment for a bad tooth ache TO FIND A NEW DENTIST!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED DR ROBINSON!!!!
