We ordered the steak and lobster. The food came out luke-warm (at best). We sent it back. The same steaks were put back on the grill and ""warmed up."" They were obviously no longer medium rare. When I called about the situation I was promised the manager woud call within three days. No call. I sent the manager an email. No response. Never again will I eat at The Fix.
