I had glass replaced in a storm window and the window was too tight to fit back into the slots. I took it back and they adjusted it and then it fit.
I took another window there and I again had the same problem. I took this window back and they adjusted it. I then took it back home and it was still not able to fit.
I took the window back again and they refused to adjust the window. One of the sales people stood behind me and mocked me as I talked to the manager. They were so unprofessional. I am stuck with a storm window that does not fit. I was better off with the cracked glass...
