I wish there was a ""no star"" option for this place. They treat military families as an ATM machine. Here are my reasons why you should avoid this place at all costs: 1) the responses to maitenance requests are never acknowledged. 2) you arent allowed to have a guest parking pass. You must get a temp guest parking pass from the main office. They are only good for one week, and if you dont get one when they are open...you will get towed. 3) The only time the towing company tows cars is during the weekdays, so if your guest has an underway and there car gets towed you are going to get hit with a huge fee. This is coming form experience. 4) The have an unpublished fee schedule and will hit you with unfounded charges upwards of a thousand dollars for violating ""the rules."" 5) THE JET NOISE IS UNREAL!!! F-18's landing/take-off path takes them directly over this devolopment at 500FT. YOUR WINDOWS WILL SHAKE UNTIL 2AM SOMETIMES STARTING AT 5AM! This isnt an understatement. 6) The parking lots flood during heavy weather, and several cars were totaled during a winter storm. 7) Several neighbors have complained about a RODENT problem and have recieved NO assitance from the rental office. 8) Squirells have overrun the grounds and have taken up residence in the eves outside my townhome. They like to wrestle around at night and early morning, scratching at your walls. 9) DOG OWNERS DONT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. 10) If a package is not addressed to the lease holder, they will not hold the package for you. YOUR STUFF WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE SENDER. 11) My car was BROKEN INTO multiple times. The front office just told me to ""its not our problem."" It is your problem when the street lamps are BURNT OUT AND ITS DARK. MILITARY STAY AWAY, There better deals in the area other than overpriced, loud town houses. Use craigslist to find private renters. Stay away from LASKIN ROAD its nothing but jet noise and crime
