I've been going to this clinic for the past 6 years...the doctor's are great! but the staff is so unproffessional! what was the point of them going to school? they have absolutely no customer service. and they are completely unorganized. they really shouldn't accept any more new patients , when they can't even handle the ones they've got. No matter how many times they change these med. assist. none so far have been able to get the job done! they dont know how to deal with medical records, appointments or authorizations. they are ridic. what i do now is take matters into my own hands and push to get my stuff done. now if i can only take my own vitals and write down my notes. it be awesome LOL
