this place is scum, and the people there are slimebags. while i do appreciate that they gave me a loan, the way they treat people is terrible. i only had a few late payments (literally a few) but every time i talked to these people on the phone they treated me like crap. talked down to me like i was a thief trying to steal from them or something and threatened me everytime. now my loans been payed off for a couple months now and still no title. im sure its gonna be a fight to get it out of them seeing as how when i call to ask about it they just give me a lame excuse. funny how its ok for them to make up lame excuses but there isnt one acceptable excuse for them if your late on a payment. i wouldnt wish this company on my worst enemy. oh and rosa, if your reading you can kiss my a$$.
