Amazingly honest. Highly recommended. Not only did, Tim not sell me a transmission I did not need. He even drove my car 2 miles down the road to another auto mechanic when he determined the transmission did not need to be replaced. I was stunned when he told me the transmission was fine- another repair shop suggested the transmission needed to be replaced. BUT I was speechless when he offered to drive it to another repair shop for a tune-up (he only works on transmissions). He didn't charge us a dime. I would have readily believed the transmission needed to be replaced. I am still amazed that he did not take advantage of me, a woman with 3 kids who clearly does not know much about cars.
