I work for a research company in Raleigh and we had very important guests from Washington DC that we were required to find a cab to their hotel from our facility. We called one hour in advance (9pm) and requested a Cab to arrive @ 10:15pm. well...the cab arrived @ 10:45pm and we knew this because we had to call back to find out what happened. The answer we got was: ""Sorry, we are running a ""little"" behind schedule"". Finally, a minivan with no signs of ""Yellow Cab"" arrived with the driver and another person on the passenger's seat. The driver didn't apologized to us and just yelled if we were waiting for the cab. The disappointing faces in our clients were very visible. We thought our last Cab was also terrible because it arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up. This is my only advice to whomever reads this review: Do Not call Yellow Cab unless you're willing to wait half hour or more even though you scheduled your pick up. They are not customer service oriented, nor responsible and/or accurate. more
