Worst Hotel experience that I've ever had 3/17/2012

Our dance studio contracted a block of rooms at this hotel. Our reservations were made in Oct of 2011. I confirmed my reservation three weeks ago. Yesterday, March 16, 2012, upon our arrival, we were told that they no longer had any rooms with double bed available to us because that had a large unexpected group of people show up and gave them all away. What they had left for us was a king size bed and a pull out sofa. When I complained that I had made a reservation several months in advance, I was told that they don't guarantee the type of bed, only the room. Their customer service was horrid. Then the beds were supposed to be serta pillow top mattresses. They were extremely hard mattresses. Nothing pillowish about them. The door to the parking lot slammed repeatedly until 11:30p that night. On top of all of that that, even though we had an email copy of the contract with us stating that the breakfast bar was included with the price of our rooms, we were told that we could not feast and that since the person who made that contract with was no longer there, they would not be honoring it.
